This miniature chest of drawers was a salesman piece, a scaled down version of the stock kept for sale. Often made by the salesmans apprentice and taken to potential customers to show what was on offer in their shop.
This charming little chest is in good condition, it has 2 short over 3 long graduated drawers with turned handles and bracket feet.
A lovely piece suitable for storing jewellery and trinkets.
