Superb late Georgian mahogany linen press c.1800. At 68″ tall it is a little shorter than many we see. In two pieces with a two door cupboard top fitted with four sliding shelves over a low base with two short and one long drawer. Crisp moulded cornice, solid mahogany door panels, cockbeaded drawer fronts retaining the original and unusual brass handles. Ogee mouldings at the waist and base and raised on tall bracket feet front and rear. Solid mahogany sides and oak drawer linings. Excellent condition and lovely original colour, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
