Georgian Gothic oak settle hall seat bench sofa
Antique Georgian panelled Gothic oak settle, hall seat, bench or sofa.
Large and attractive, with no loose joints.
Full of charm and character.
Great proportions and styling, which would look amazing in the right location.
Very decorative.
Recently recovered with no wear or marks, retaining the original horse hair seat swab beneath.
Fantastic panelled back.
Overall maximum dimensions 181cmW x 70cmD x 102cmH (47cmH seat when sat on).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture of this age. Historic woodworm holes as one would expect, believed extinct, that we have treated for good measure. Repairs to the feet as is to be expected with period oak.
Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 1 strong able bodied person for our driver to assist with carrying.
