A fine Coalport porcelain lobed dessert plate decorated in the "Japan" style, c.1805-1810, with a large vase of flowers in the centre and gilt panels around the edge sectioning oriental landscape vignettes with storks, butterflies and a very stylised lion. Unmarked.

It measures 21cm (8 1/4") wide and 2.8cm (1 1/8") high.

In very good condition with no damage, repair or restoration and minor handling wear, just to the gilt on the rim in places. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
