This is a lovely, early 19th century antique armchair made in elm with a 19th century green paint finish.
In very good, strong condition with a later, clean rush seat.
This English country antique armchair has Chippendale style fretted out back splats with shaped and turned arm supports.
The legs are sqare and all around the seat is a decorative deep shaped apron.
Perfect for a kitchen.
