Oval Oak Georgian Table - Barley Twist Legs - c1750

This George ll gate-leg table is a pleasing example with lovely colour presented in good antique condition. The piece has the addition of fine barley twist carving to both the main legs and the flying supports.

The table benefits from an oval top and is suitable for 2 - 4 to be seated.

Offering great warmth the piece offers everything that is expected of a table of this type. It is solid, strong of joint and has the addition of a useful drawer to one end. The table is very sturdy and would make an excellent choice as a daily use table.
