A French Walnut Farmhouse Kitchen Table, comes from the Brittany area of France, dates from around 1880
The table has a beautiful Walnut 1" thick 4 plank top, it has turned legs which have floor stretchers, this is a very sturdy design
The Charming Walnut table top is an absolute pleasure to see, it has a very pretty grain and a good patina
This is a good size and very delightful table it will seat 10
The table is sound and does not creak or wobble, there is old woodworm on the turned legs but the floor stretchers have been replaced so it is very sturdy
I have taken the precaution of having the table treated for wood worm, always advisable with French Furniture
The table is 67” long, 39” wide, 30” high and 25” under knee height
