French walnut couch with original tapestry covers c.1910. A little longer than many we see, big enough to seat three people. Shapely moulded frame in solid walnut carved floral details. Backrest and sprung seat with original tapestry covers woven with scenes featuring a lion, white horse, dog and stag in a landscape with floral borders. Open arms with padded tops, shaped seat raised on three legs to the front edge. Excellent condition, frame has been cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
