A quality Louis XV style rosewood centre table c1880.
The table stands on very elegant shaped legs terminating in snail shaped / escargot feet. The serpentine sides, each with a cartouche and with a concealed drawer to one end.
The shaped top with well figured rosewood is embellished with broad kingwood banding. A very decorative piece that would stand equally well in a lounge, bedroom or even a hallway.
