French Empire console table with marble top
A very beautiful French c19th Empire console table with original brass mounts and Cararra marble top and mirror back.
Very decorative piece and a lovely size, it will fit in well as a hall table or as a server perhaps.
Scrolled legs with brass mounts to three sides, standing on further brass scrolled feet. There is a full width drawer in the freize and a plinth base.
Great colour to the figured mahogany and in nice condition. Some knocks and bumps here and there, consistent with age and nothing of any concern.
Measuring:
33 3/4'' or 86cm high
40'' or 102cm wide
16 1/2'' or 42cm deep
