Very attractive early 20th.c. French oak chest of drawers c.1930. Unusual shapely design in solid oak with serpentine breakfront top and drawer fronts. Carved detail and original crisply cast ormolu handles and escutcheon plates. Raised and fielded panel sides, shaped apron to the front and sides and turned bun feet. Thick chestnut drawer sides and back panels. Good condition and a pale finish, simply cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
