This very pretty French bed made by FONTAINE PARIS, it is a fine quality piece and has been recently restored, painted in black with brass detail
The bed is made in brass and iron, the head and foot ends have attractive brass decoration
All in all a very attractive bed timeless in design it will go very well in a Victorian designed bed room or in a modern Minimalist design
The bed is good and sound and it is sturdy when assembled, it comes with a purpose made Slatted Base, the bed can be supplied with either a 4ft or a 4ft 6” wide base, the one shown in the pictures is 4ft6”
The head of the bed is 51” tall and 51” wide, and will take either a 4ft or a standard double 4ft 6” double mattress
