French Antique Cane Double Bed
Very beautiful French full corbielle, louis xv style cane double bed, circa 1920
The bed has a simple elegance with the fully curved frame to the headboard and the footboard, serpentine rails and cabriole legs
The cane is all original and all in good condition with no damage and the frame is well polished, lovely colouring
The bed is made in solid beech, but polished to a mid walnut tone, so it will sit well along side most other woods
The bed is offered as you see it, as a frame only, but I can offer you slatted bases or fully upholstered box bases if required - please get in touch
The bed will hold a double mattress 4'6'' x 6'3''

Headboard height 47'' / 119cm
Footboard height 28'' / 71cm
Maximum frame width 59'' / 150cm
Maximum frame length 82 1/2'' / 210cm
Internal mattress area is 55 1/2'' / 141cm x 79'' / 201cm
