fine quality rosewood breakfront sideboard with three frieze drawers, central arched section with open mirror backed shelves, flanked either side by cupboards with ornately carved panel doors opening to shelved interior, raised on carved, turned legs.
with some minor marks / scuffs commensurate with age, shaped cut to the very back to accommodate a dado rail ( not seen from the front ) and is often the case, the sideboard would originally have had a mirror back but overall it really is an extremely handsome. fine quality piece as it is, in beautifully figured rosewood and is not done justice by the photographs.
