A superb pair of early 19th century elm and fruitwood country chairs of rare and striking design. Beautifully constructed from quality well figured timber with beautiful colour and patina.
In exceptional original condition and of standard dining chair dimensions with generous seat height. They are the most beautiful pair of early country chairs.

Welsh Vernacular is an independent family business run by husband and wife Jonathon and Yvonne Holder. We are the largest and one of the longest established Welsh Antiques businesses in the UK, holding an extensive collection of Country Furniture, Welsh Antiques, Pottery, Treen and Folk Art.
