A fine mahogany envelope games table from around 1900. This is certianly a lovely example with the elegant flowing French cabriole leg and the Chippendale influenced blind fret around the frame and on the drawer facing. The superbly detailed pierced fret stretchers are a great shape and are high lighted by the well turned central finial. The timbers are French polished (even the interior of the drawer) and are in good condition, the interior has been rebeized so is in excellent condition. The handles have good detail and are original to the table as are the counter trays in the interior. We have been in business for 40 years and are now coming up to retirement. We are in consequence looking to reduce our stock, Delivery can be arranged with a specialist carrier for around £70 to most areas. We now open by appointment, but we are often open Fridays and Saturdays, but cannot guarantee,( our sign will be out if passing ) it is worth ringing before coming.Tel 01565 874075
