Fine Victorian burr walnut and gilt brass mounted credenza. The breakfront form with glazed and bowed end doors and applied amboyna inlaid columns. The central door with several lines of boxwood and ebony stringing and wide cross-banding with a central inlaid boxwood panel. The frieze with further boxwood inlay and the superb burr walnut top with line inlay and cross-banding. The whole with subtle gilded brass embellishments and beading. Original faded velvet lining. Fully cleaned and waxed. With original key.
