A fabulous and rare Wedgwood Travel coffee pot featuring 2 vignettes either side (bus and snowstorm) and 2 on the lid (vintage car and train on viaduct). The Travel series was designed by Eric Ravilious for Wedgwood in the 1930's and only first issued in the early 1950's. In excellent condition with no chips, cracks, transfer loss or crazing. A couple of minute underglaze specks from firing and a tiny glaze scratch on the underside base of the lid.(photo 4), but barely worth a mention. Approx 7 inches (18cm) high including the lid.
