A 9 inch plate by Eric Ravilious for Wedgwood featuring a train emerging from a tunnel against a Windsor Grey ground. Designed by Ravilious in the 1930's but not issued by Wedgwood until the 1950's. In excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing, just a couple of minute glaze spots shown in photo 2.
