Elegant Pair of Regency Wall Mirrors Circa 1800 %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
This is a most attractive and extremely rare pair of pier glass mirrors dating from the Regency period, circa 1800. The pair have a very unusual and elegant design with egg and dart moulded pediment and rope twist detailed borders. These have their original bevelled glass mercury plates with characterful sugaring and ageing to the central oval glass which is flanked by separate marginal plates. These have gilt bracket display shelves with original teal blue velvet surface framed by scrolling acanthus detail to the mirror frames.

A very fine pair of mirrors with their original water gilded finish in beautiful condition.
These measure 107 cms in height by 51 cms wide.
UK delivery can be arranged with our local courier and costs £70 plus vat to most areas.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE AWAY UNTIL DECEMBER 1st.
I should still be able to answer your enquiries but items will not be sent out until December 5th.
