Elegant Cardiganshire Oak Dresser Base
A classic and elegant example of a dresser base made in Cardiganshire, early in the nineteenth century, of appealingly shallow depth at just over 15” - perfect for a hallway or small dining room. Good proportions, good colour and restrained detail.
The three shallow, scratch moulded drawers set in a straight frieze with a moulded edge and with flush, panelled returns or sides. The three well drawn baluster legs - not too thick, nor too thin, with a characterful, planked potboard and tall stile feet. The item must then be delivered back to our showroom within 14 days in the exact same condition as it left us.
STORAGE
Should an item not be ready for immediate delivery, we are able to hold stock at our shop in Cowbridge. Items may be subject to a storage fee where applicable.
