Fine example of the classic Edwardian mahogany revolving bookcase c.1910. Solid mahogany top with a cross banded border with inlaid boxwood stringing and a thumb moulded edge. Over 7 feet of shelf space for books (at 7” depth) with inlaid mahogany slatted sides. Revolving on a base with shaped apron and neat little cabriole feet with the original brass and ceramic castors. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
