This Edwardian mahogany desk chair was made circa 1900.
The solid mahogany saddle seat is shaped to make it very comfortable to work at.
This is slightly different style to the norm where the arms and the attractive curl on the back rail.
The front cabriole legs are joined by an H stretcher, that give the chair strength for the daily use it would be needed.
