This lovely antique joint table dates from the first half of the eighteenth century. It is constructed from solid oak, and has a lovely planked top with cleated ends. The table is supported on turned legs with lower stretchers. It is peg jointed and has a lovely worn patina. There is a label with some provenance on underneath.

Condition: Overall this handsome piece is in good usuable condition with some wear consistent with age and use. There is some scuffing, knocking and wear to the woodwork as might be expected and the piece is overall a little faded. There are some areas of wood loss in places and some indentation and marking to the top. It is overall little grubby and would benefit from a careful clean and polish. There are some signs of old woodworm - this is not active but has bee retreated as a precaution.
