Early 20th Century Novelty Carved Owl Spill Holder
A charming early 20th century novelty carved spill holder in the form of an owl wearing a top hat.
The owl is of relatively large proportions and boasts glass eyes and a pewter liner within the hat. There are a few signs of wear commensurate with age, most notably a crude repair to the left foot, but the piece nonetheless remains very attractive.
