A very good chest in Wlanut dating from the early 18thC. It has a rounded frame, D section, with two short over three full-width drawers and sits on probably later but appropriate style feet and it retains excellent brass work although, despite the locks being present, it lacks all keys. It has a few signs of repair to the veneer on the top, but I dont object tot this as it tells the story of its age. Given it is heading for 300 yrs plus I wouldn’t want it any other way. As I hope the photographs show it presents very well.
It measures 98.5cms wide x 57cms deep and stand 87cms tall.
It is on display in the shop in Dulverton. Please do ask for any further details. England mainland delivery included in the price (please enquire for Scotland and outlying UK destinations). My shop at 1 Bridge St, Dulverton TA22 9HJ is open

Shipping information

For large items, I can happily accommodate your own courier who will need to contact me for collection details (TA22 9HJ postcode), or I can arrange a courier for you. Many items include delivery, but for those that don’t simply send me your postcode for a quote.

Smaller items are always sent by a signed for service (probably Royal Mail Next Day, for UK).
Overseas deliveries of smaller items are by various International postal services please ask for a quotation, all fees and taxes associated with exported goods are the complete responsibility of the buyer
