Early 18C Figured Walnut 5 Drawer Chest. The overhanging top having quarter veneers and a broad crossbanded edge. An O.G. moulding below. The 2 short and 3 long oak lined drawers having panelled veneers with a boxwood stringing and replaced brass open fret plates with swanneck drop handles. All the drawers framed with half round mouldings. The sides having a broad crossbanded front edge. The lower edge of chest having a thumb moulding. All this sitting on a period but re- shaped plinth base.
