Regency X-Frame Rosewood Stool - Tapestry Top - c1830

This X-frame rosewood dressing stool is presented in excellent condition and is a pleasing size suitable for any location.

Scroll-end frames support the needlepoint upholstered upper and are united by a turned stretcher. These sit over tall bun feet.

The seat presents wonderfully with a floral central needlepoint tapestry detailed with the monogram of the maker. This is trimmed with a tasseled brocade.

Offering comfortable seating and classic English Regency period style this piece offers great versatility.
