We are selling this very decorative pair 19th Century oil on canvas marine paintings and signed W H Williamson 1874.

William Henry Williamson (1820-1883)

"Williamson was a gifted, London painter of coastal scenes, particularly of the south coast. He exhibited at Suffolk Street, the British Institute and the Royal Academy from 1853-75. One of the titles at the RA was 'Off the Coast of Kent'.

Each one in giltwood frame which is de orated with flowers and scrolls and signed to bottom corner.

Overall size 16 inches x 24 inches and in good original condition appropriate for age.
