An impressive 19th century Danish Biedermeier chest of drawers dating from circa 1840. With 4 graduated drawers boasting fine quality flamed mahogany veneers and raised on stepped bracket feet. The graduated drawers with pine interiors and dovetailed jointing and original locks which have been covered at some point with good quality drop handles.

Good original condition. Marks, scuffs and scratches commensurate with age. Evidence of historic woodworm to back. Some small black dots to drawer fronts where handles have been removed at some point.
