Oak Corner Cabinet - George ll - c1750

This Georgian English oak corner cabinet is a pleasing country example and ideal for display and storage.

Of useful proportion it presents canted corners and a classic simple Georgian moulding to the base and crown.

With hugely desirable carved detailing showing arched form the cabinet stands out as a piece of interest.

The field panel door opens to reveal a trio of display shelves and a painted finish interior. The door is complete with working lock and key.

Externally the cabinet displays wonderfully with rich patina across the surface and warmth to the period brass lock escutcheon. Fittings are in place to allow easy wall mounting.
