Mule Coffer on Chest - Oak - c1750

A pleasing quality example of a mule chest with deep coffer over a pair of lower drawers.

Featuring very desirable pointed dome triple paneling to the front, with each presenting starburst inlaid detail with vertical boxwood/ebony stringing.

Further quality inlay is evident within the drawer section. The piece benefits from period brass back-plate handles.

The whole piece is substantially constructed and supplied ready for the home.

This coffer on chest is presented in good condition and is of useful proportions.

Internally the piece is clean and would make excellent storage.

Overall a really practical piece of antique furniture in excellent order.
