Chinese porcelain tea caddy - early 18th century, probably Kangxi. Octagonal shape. Decorated with underglaze blue in China and later clobbered in European taste after being exported.
Condition: lid missing. Wear consistent with age - some chips around top surface. May have had some restoration in past along one edge (see final photo).
