Here we have for sale a fabulous and rare Art Deco period Clarice Cliff Fantasque Bizarre 'Secrets' conical tea cup and saucer which was manufactured circa 1933. The cup has a Beautifully hand painted landscape with iconic red roofed cottages, it is widely believed that Secrets was Clarice Cliff's favourite pattern.

Dimensions:

Cup

Height:6.5 cm

Length: 12 cm (including handle)

Diameter: 9 cm (bowl)

Saucer:

Diameter: 15 cm

Condition report: In very good condition for age, however there is some wear, there is a minute surface chip where the handle meets the bowl ( please see attached photos) and minor wear to saucer, the saucer is marked " Fantasque Bizarre by Clarice Cliff Newport Pottery England", however the cup is merely marked made in England.
