A stunning antique pie crust coffee table in mahogany. This is in the Chippendale style, it dates from around the 1900-1910 period.

The quality is amazing, it is a very useful size and is very sturdily built. There is crisp and intricate carving all around the pie crust edge on the top. The cabriole legs are also exquisitely carved, with acanthus leaf knees and claw and ball feet. The mahogany has an absolutely beautiful colour and patina, the grain patterns are particularly striking.

We have recently had this re-polished, it is in excellent condition for its age.
