Limited Editions are pleased to be able to offer this superb mahogany dining suite. A set of 12 Chippendale style dining chairs, ten plus two carvers and the matching three leaf extending dining table. All date from the early 1900s, they have the cabriole leg as can be seen in the pictures and have the nicely carved shoulder and the ball and claw foot....... They have had considerable use and have a lot of light fade and the upholstery is tatty. The chairs have now been restored and are ready for upholstery. They will all be put through our workshops for any minor repairs that may be needed but particularly all the wood will be stripped of the old polish and fully re French polished. The seats will be fully reupholstered and at this stage a personal choice of fabric is not a problem and is suggested. This is a rare find, twelve chairs is not common, and to have a matching table is a bonus. The full suite all restored will be £5650 inclusive of vat, possibly less than the price of 12 modern mahogany chairs in this style and anywhere near this quality.
