This is a Chinese pith painting of a torture scene from the late 19th to early 20th century. It is framed in a simple glossy black moulding with an ivory-coloured mount.

Dimensions: Frame - 33 x 29 cm, Mount window/Image - 20 x 15 cm

Condition: Very good antique condition with vivid colours in the figures contrasting with the white background of the pith/rice paper. The frame is more modern and is in good condition ready to hang.
