Large Chinese famille rose porcelain landscape vase dating from Kangxi Revival period (1870-1910). Six character underglaze blue Kangxi mark on base -but later. Typical of period - burnt brown footrim with rough edges. Major colouring in famille verte enamels with very small pattern near rim with use of rose enamel. Decorated with landscape design with travellers on horseback -and a sunrise on the rim.
Condition: filled hole in base where used for lamp - leaving star shaped glaze line. Otherwise excellent.
