A Chinese heavily carved solid camphor wood storage trunk. This trunk is carved out of solid camphor wood. Not lined in camphor wood like the lesser versions. Fully brass bound which is all original and carved on all sides and top which is some of the best I have seen on these boxes. The trunk also has a camphor wood removable tray inside. Dating from the early 1900s. Beautiful aroma from the camphor when opened. 40" wide x 20" deep x 22.5" high. We always strive to source the best quality and original items for our clients.
