Here we have a wonderful Queen Anne Oak chest of drawers c1700. As you can see the chest has great colour and patina. There is a two plank top with moulded edge. There are four long drawers with hand cut large chunky dove tail joints and channeled sides for a hung drawer. There are beautiful applied mouldings to the fronts of the drawers with lovely brass drop handles. There are squashed bun feet to the front and stile feet to the rear. The sides have fielded panels and the chest is of pegged mortice and tenon construction throughout. A super period chest of compact proportions in great retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 36.5 inches wide 35.5 high and 22 deep.
