Delightful tall chest of 8 drawers in absolutely superb condition. This chest, also known as a semainier is french and dated about c1890. The 8 drawers run smoothly and there are 4 keys. The locks are working well and have a "double" locking mechanism. There is also a fixed original marble top. This semainier retains a lovely mellow patination, having been well looked after over the years and it is shown here in top condition. We have checked and wax polished it in our workshop. Height 56".. 144cm depth 17".. 43cm. Width 36".. 91cm
