Here we have a wonderful Victorian Windsor rocking chair c1870. As you can see the chair has excellent colour and patina. There is a hooped Ash rail to the top with spindles and a decorative splat. There are broad shaped arms again in Ash with lovely grain and colour. The arms have beautifully turned supports leading to a stunning Elm saddle shaped seat. The legs are also beautifully turned and are joined by a double H stretcher. The chair sits on original runners and is above all very comfortable with a great rocking action. A super period chair in great retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 41 inches high 26 wide and 19 deep.
