Here we have a fine William IV Mahogany and Chestnut leather armchair c1830. As you can see the chair has exceptional colour and patina. There is a scroll top with pinched creased sides and stud work. The back has a super rake making the chair extremely comfortable. The back seat and arms are well padded and firm. There is a carved front facade with pinched leather and studwork. There are melon fluted legs and ceramic casters. This generous chair has been beautifully and proffessionaly upholstered throughout using traditional methods. A fine period chair in wonderful retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 35 inches high 35 wide and 33 deep.
