Unusual multi purpose desk tidy/cocktail stand/cigarette holder. styled and painted in the deco colours this novelty German made ceramic multi purpose piece is amusing and a nice conversation piece. The top hat has a split which could indicate a card holder. Was used as an ash try and cigarette holder when I purchased it.Altogether an unusual item.
