Carved oak Victorian 19C side wine table occasion
Antique Victorian 19th Century carved oak side, wine, plant or occasional table.
This is a lovely table, that is full of age, charm and character.
The table is heavy, solid and has no loose joints, standing on a beautifully carved base.
Lovely age, patina and colour, would look amazing in the right location!
Overall maximum dimensions diameter 49cm (46cm across the flat sides) x 71cmH.
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. There is evidence of historic restoration and the top has been refinished, but still retains much of its age, character and charm. There are some historic cracks in the top (where planks meet), but they all appear well glued and stable. Some historic repairs and steel strengthening has been added beneath the base. The table is missing its downstand finials around the perimeter of the top (not to everyone's taste these days).
Stock No. 3183.
