An impressive 17th.Century style carved oak 2 door compactum wardrobe. The cornice having a carved rope twist top with a shallow carved frieze and decorative ebony and boxwood inlay. The door stiles incorporating 4 carved bearded or moustache faces. Each door having 3 carved panels, the lower pair with further ebony and boxwood inlay, the centre cross stiles with carved griffins. The interior having half hanging space and 4 drawer slides with 1 long drawer to the base. The whole standing on an angled base with turned and carved bun feet. With working lock and key and in very good condition. Transports in 3 pieces. Delivery to most of U.K. £85.
