Late 19th.c. carved oak hall bench or box settle c.1897. Crisp Renaissance revival style carving to the back panels, seat and front, dated 1897 with the initials MG. Turned arms supports and small bun feet. Lots of useful storage for shoes etc below the lift up seat. Solid oak throughout. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
