An attractive large vintage oak blanket box or coffer dating from circa 1920s. Of panelled construction with carved front, it has two dummy handles to the front and stands on bun feet. The hinged lid lifts to reveal a large amount of storage space to the inside. In well-figured solid oak with lots of wear and old marks.
