An elegant antique carved Bergere sofa, in very good and original condition. The sofa has a Bergere seat and back panel with a carved floral decoration at the top. The frame is clean and sturdy, with a ribbon and foliage pattern of carvings which is repeated throughout, raised on two carved legs to the front and swept rear legs. There is a cushion which fits onto the seat. The condition is very good with plenty of patina and charm wonderful for the bottom of a bed.
