Antique shaped burr walnut leather top writing desk. This wonderful burr walnut shaped desk has a leather insert to the shaped top and carved detail to the edge, under having centre drawer and three graduated drawers either side all fitted with brass handles, all the drawer fronts, sides and back are all finished in lovely figured walnut, the back has applied mouldings and carved shell decoration, the back being finished in figured walnut enables this wonderful desk to stand in the centre of a room, the desk is all supported by short carved cabriole legs.
